To ensure that everyone can enjoy and contribute to our vibrant community, we've established some simple guidelines for submitting your work, interacting with others, and maintaining a high-quality experience for all members. Submission Guidelines: File Formats & Sizes
To keep our gallery accessible and organized, we request that all image submissions follow specific technical requirements. We accept the following file formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, and TIFF, as these provide a good balance between quality and file size.
For best results, please upload images that are less than 2 MB,
anyhting over that size WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!
Theme and Content Relevance
We encourage all members to submit work that aligns with the themes and spirit of the club. While there is no restriction on subject matter, we ask that all submitted images be suitable for a general audience. Please avoid uploading content that is explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive. Whether your submission is a landscape, portrait, or abstract, we recommend choosing themes that highlight creativity, technique, and passion for photography. Keep in mind that certain challenges or contests may come with specific themes, so be sure to check guidelines before submitting your work.
Image Integrity and Copyright
By submitting images to our website, you confirm that you are the sole owner of the photograph, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions if the work involves subjects or intellectual property that belong to others. We strictly prohibit the use of copyrighted or trademarked materials without proper authorization. If your image is selected for display or featured in our events, we reserve the right to use it for promotional purposes with appropriate credit to the photographer. Always credit the work appropriately when sharing or posting photos online.
